Throughout the sessions, you will gain a greater insight into how to effectively manage your stress sources and reactions to live a more resiliant life. Frequently, greater resilience and effective stress management strategies lie at the heart of our problems and in life, stress is unavoidable. Resilience to it is therefore a vital tool to our overall health.

Time Management Package

If you're finding yourself constantly flying from one task to the next, without ever seeming to get anything done,breathless and drained at the end of the day with barely half an hour before you go to bed to start again in the morning, then this is the package for you! In keeping with the time management theme, these sessions are 45 minutes instead of an hour and over the course of them, we will uncover strategies to help you increase your efficiency and actually give you some time at the end of the day to enjoy the fruits of your labour!

Having spent nearly a decade as a Personal Trainer, I've come to realise that the one universal truth about weight management is that there is no universal truth! There is no generic blueprint, The Atkins Diet sits next to The Bread Diet on bookshelves and both miss the point. Rarely is 'what do I eat?' the right question but more often 'how do I do it?' is. And no diet book can sufficiently explain this because the answer is different for everyone. This package will help you to understand better your own eating habits and give you the knowledge as to how to adopt healthy eating habits in a way that works for you.
